Its hills aplenty, that means tregging up and down hills to get in front of the competitors at this years Scottish Open golf competition at the stunning Castle Stuart golf course near Inverness.

My legs are aching, there is blood coming from one hand, I've absolutely no idea where that came from, and last night I fell asleep in the strangest place, this course works the photographer to the max.
